Or rather: Don't touch that keyboard. I downloaded Macstumbler last night and noticed that I could see my neighbor's wifi as well as my own. Both were wide open. So I decided to secure mine. Well I got it secured and then couldn't get the Apple configured so it would be accepted. I undid the changes on the network and then tried the Apple aqain. It said it couldnt see the proper wireless so I thought I had it I changed the netgear back to the same password. Ouch, it still didn't work. I put everything back to normal and went to bed.
When I got home today, I couldn't access anything on the net with the Apple. I checked the main hardwired machine and it was working fine.
I got out the Gateway which had not been changed and used it to troubleshoot the netgear. Then I went to work on the Apple. Then the gateway wouldn't work.
Finally, all three were back to normal. Don't touch that setting!
