Wyland sucks
Every once in a long while you have to stick your neck out and say something genuinely suck. Wyland sucks. I had the misfortune of going into a Wyland gallery in Maui because I thought they would have a nice view of the ocean on the back porch. As I was trying to exit stage left I was accosted by a saleperson who started in on me with, "Is there a place for aquatic art in your home." No. Hell no. And even if there was, there are most likely better artists than Wylan. I mean, come on, $16K for the piece of abstract junk that I linked to. Please.

I agree with you but its not really abstract art - he paints fish and whales and dolphins. I'm glad we did buy the hand blown glass fish from the glass blowing place in Maui though. It wasn't Wayland, it was better.
Yeah, the fish is nice. It's also has a story behind it.
