Bush is going back to the well for another $70 billion for Iraq. How did we get here? Rumsfeld said they would great us with flowers and chocolates, and we would be in and out in six weeks. He had to be convinced into sending as many troops as we did. And Bush was convinced we wouldn't have any casualties at all.
