Running Playlist

Here is what I have in my playlist for my running. Ideally these songs should have a strong beat, be angry in both style and in the verse, and emphasize overcoming obstacles.

Just Like You ImaginedNine Inch NailsI got this from the trailers for 300, just super bad ass.
Lose YourselfEminemGood beat, great message
RelaxFrankie Goes To HollywoodGreat driving beat, I used to bike to this as a kid. Good running song
Smells Like Teen SpiritNirvanaSuper angry with solid beats
Fall Behind MeThe DonnasGreat angry song. Perfect concept and execution for running
Dani CaliforniaRed Hot Chili PeppersStrong beats. Perhaps there is a better Red Hots song for running?
Battle Without Honor Or HumanityTomoyasu HotelOne of the themes from Kill Bill. Really strong. Not good at the start though.
FreedomGeorge MichaelBetter anger than beats. Possibly going to fall off the list.
He's a PirateKlaus BadeltFrom Pirates of the Carribean. Awesome, but way way too short.
Skull andCrossbonesKlaus BadeltProbably better biking than running.
The Black PearlKlaus BadeltMore Pirates, again probably better for biking.
Right Here, Right NowFatboy SlimGreat message, bad at the end
Life Is A HighwayRascal FlattsGood beats, great message... Too cutesy and clean
More Than A FeelingBostonA classic with oddly good beats. Slow beginning
Ready, Steady, GoPaul OakenfeldAn instant running classic
PanamaVan HalenGood beats, more silly than angry. Probably a better biking than running song
Let's Get RetardedBlack Eyed PeasYeah, I prefer the non-PC version. Excellent for running. I should move this up.

I'll probably end up spliting running and biking into two seperate playlists. Saving the most intense stuff for the running. To me, running is much tougher than biking, on the bike you can drift and still be moving. With running, if you don't get that foot of the ground then you are at a full stop right there, right then, so every mile is the same effort, nothing is free.

Any comments or suggestions you have are welcome. I'd love to know what other people listen to when they are running, biking, whatever.

Back when I was having to run to play volleyball, here were some of my favorites to get me moving:

Danger Zone (from Top Gun)
Enter the Sandman (Metallica)
Walk this Way (the Run DMC w/ Aerosmith version)
Head like a hole (Nine Inch Nails)
Be Yourself(the Untouchables)
Another One Bites the Dust, Fat Bottom Girls and Bicycle Race (queen)
Blister in the Sun (Violent Femmes)
Crocodile Rock (elton John)

How could I have forgotten? The greatest cool-down song ever--theme from Rocky! Also another good warm-up song is the Devil Went Down to Georgia by Charlie Daniels...it's got a good, not too fast beat that is a good warm-up song. But Rocky--after the end of a hard work-out and you need to do that walk around the block to cool down...hearing that familiar refrain..good for the soul.:)
