Putting an end to management speak

At least one organization has finally had it with execu-speak. Thank goodness. Too many jobs I've been at have had meetings where people at the top of the food chain drivel on about 'empowerment' and 'closing the gaps', 'finding tipping points' and all that crap. It means nothing. I like how IBM has taken it on with their 'actions not words' ads. And I really like how this organization has banned it entirely. Now that's empowering the creative synergies!
