a Blog to read

I've been an avid reader of Loobylu for a few months now, She's funny and artistic and going through new motherhood pretty much at the same time I am. From some links on her blog I found a two other blogs I'm going to add to my list of recurring reads.

Autopsy ReportLog of experiences as a Medical Examiner Intern - he hasn't blogged in a while, but I'm sure back reading will be interesting.

Margeret Cho's BlogIf you don't know her, she's a sassy, Chinese American Comedian. One of my all time favorite people to listen to.

Okay, so I go to the ME guy's blog and I'm reading and being totally grossed out and fascinated at the same time, and he says something about all the people who get mowed down on the side of the road and so be careful if your car ever breaks down on the side of the road . . .

And so today, my car broke down.

I pulled over as far as I could before it totally died and I was afraid to get out!! But I was more afraid to stay in!! So I got out and ran to the shoulder when I could and called Mark and the police and waited for them.

I guess I'm trying to say thanks for the reference, so I knew just how much danger I was really in today. :)

I'm glad your safe. Heres the irony for you, I haven't been back to read the ME's site since I blogged about it, so I have some catching up to do.

Megan and I have a road trip today - maybe I'll wait till we get home. Or not - better to be prepared.
