Thank you Jack

So on my journey my laptop started flaking out. I was loosing the monitor and a good shake would bring it back and then it would go away again... it was frustrating. But I was determined to fix it. Until ... Jack arrived today with a brand new G4 Ibook. It took less than one hour for my old machine to tell my new machine everything it needed. And now I'm all set to go.. even my picture of Megan transfered. It has everything.

I love you honey - your so funny.

Cool! Aren't the G4's so much nicer? I just got my new one last week and it rocks! Not sure if you guys knew about this or if it applies to your problem, but my old G3 ibook was also being flaky with its monitor and apple had to fix a failure on the system board. Too bad for me this also didn't include repair due to negligent owner coming down on the laptop with a recliner/rocking chair, thus totally busting the LCD (at least I got a new G4 out of it!).
